Application Criteria +

You do not need to have studied a finance related degree to apply; we are looking for candidates who fit with our culture, have strong numeracy skills, the ability to think both analytically and critically about problems, have great communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team. You will need to be:

  • Enrolled on an undergraduate degree and in your penultimate year of study
  • On track to receive a minimum of a 2:1 degree in any subject area. (Please note that you will need to have good level of maths to join the investment teams, this will be tested as part of your application)
  • Be able to show a keen interest in asset management and a growing knowledge of the industry
  • Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
